What We Do

The Off to Work Training Division has been established for three years and was born from the internal training delivered at and by Off to Work People Division, which has been an award winning and industry leading hospitality staffing solution company founded in 1999.
Our vision is to deliver the highest quality of training to the hospitality industry. Our initiatives include making sure the courses are relevant, interactive, trained by industry leaders, highly educational and above all enjoyable. Off to Work training is accredited by both the CIEH (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health) and the BIIAB (British Institute of Innkeeping Awarding Body) delivering their courses to the highest level. We are graded as a level 1 training centre by the CIEH the highest level attainable.
We have now delivered their level 2 Food Safety in catering training to over 1000 industry people. We have also delivered the BIIAB Personal Licence training successfully to hundreds of people including training venue teams such as Wembley Stadium, Brit Oval, and the Wyndham Grand Hotel.
Through our training efforts we hope to help people achieve their career aspirations with optimal skills and knowledge progression.
